Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is automatically calculated via UPS and you choose your shipping method. (Some products have free shipping and go USPS PRIORITY with a 2-3 day delivery in the continental United States. all zip codes outside the continental united states take a few days more). If you order a product that is made to order, then expedited shipping maybe available depending on what time of day it comes in.
Expected Shipping Times
We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible.
Orders of Stock Items placed Monday through Friday by 12:00pm Eastern Time will generally leave our warehouse on that day business day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST or on Saturday, Sunday and holidays will generally leave our warehouse within 1 business days.
Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.
We try to make it a habit to contact the customer by email or phone if there is a delay in shipping time.
Returns / Shipping cost
If we make a mistake and ship the wrong product, we will pay the shipping cost to fix the problem.
If our customer is at fault, they pay the shipping cost back to us.
We have a 30 day return guarantee on unused stock items. you have to pay return shipping and will be credited 100% less outbound shipping cost. Items that are not our normal stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and any refurbishing cost. Cut chain and custom "Made to Order"products can be returned on consignment for resale only.
